Empowering games production partner enquiry

August 29, 2008

Hi
I love the work that you are doing and hope it is possible to talk to
someone regarding the inquiries below…
1.
If you know of anyone that is involved with open source business and are
interested in philanthropical business models such as www.Traidmark.org
I would love to meet them. Could you implement this business model on
all or part of your business? I can explain how this is beneficial and
possible to achieve.
2.
I am also researching games or charity work that links up young people
and am trying to get in contact with organisations that either link up
kids or educate them (especially ones that use the web well). This is
because an international broadcaster is making a game that will operate
in this area and are looking for partners (more info below). Do any
spring to mind?
I am very interested in working with other teams to inspire and
empower members of the public to create creative groups in a ground up
approach (a bit like a mash up of the successfully voluntary art
festival Nodel.org and the TV production HAVEYOUGOTTHENERVE.tv) that is
flexible enough to allow anyone to join and try to solve any problem in
their own way for the good of humanity (which in turn makes the elitist
games link to everyday mankind). A global broadcaster has commissioned a
game that will link up schoolchildren all across the globe and we are
looking for partner organisations to collaborate with on this
production. Is this something that might interest you?
We have created www.UGCunion.org to demonstrate what any member of the
public can create in a short amount of time given a bit of
encouragement/empowerment.
This innovative media organisation can then address social problems
using the power of the individual empowered within a
community.
I hope that you may be interested in this and would love to talk to you
about it if so (which also helps to educate an empower people:). A
broadcaster is interested in producing a game that builds on the above
but I am now researching to find other interesting minds that are
interested in making this production exceed its predicted potential.
UGCUNION!
Join the volunteer media community using individuals skills to benefit
humanity.
We are drawing a diverse selection of people who want to and are able to
volunteer their skills to work together on projects of their choosing in
order to address todays and tomorrows problems.
UGCunion is an evolving voluntary media organisation that empowers users
to generate content that addresses social problems.
It creates an opportunity for member of the public to meet and work with
a select group of passionate socially responsible pioneers on
mind-blowing projects.
So…
1. List what you want/need/can/would like to do
2. Come down to the first event and get invovled

Mobody Business Opportunity in Brazil

July 22, 2008

Dear Sirs,

My name is Maria Clara and I work at a digital content distributor company called iMusica.

Pioneering in licensing of content and distribution in Latin America, iMusica is a full service to provider and integrating the content for mobile operators and Internet companies. We have contracts with majors and independents labels.

We are in 16 countries in Latin America, 19 mobile operators (America Mobil + 3 Brazilians companies).

At the moment we are working at a project for a Music Festival sponsored by a Brazilian mobile company.

Surfing on the internet we found out the Mobody service and thought that this could be very useful in our project.

What should we do to get more information about how we can use it here on Brazil and how we can provide it to the mobile company clients?

Best regards,
Maria Clara Laureano
